What's the time commitment for this?

12 weeks is the minimum timeframe required to experience real results in terms of body composition and performance. You will most certainly see good progress a lot sooner than this, but if we truly want to reach the next level in terms of your goals (which is the number one aim of this program), we need to spend this much time working together. 12 weeks also gives us enough time to embed the skills and habits required to sustain your results long term.

Do I need to have access to a gym?

Yes - for maximum results, you’ll need to have access to a gym. We can potentially still make the program work without, but I strongly recommend a well-equipped gym if you want to get the most out of the program. We won’t force you into a training style you don’t enjoy—your plan will be built around your preferences. Often, this means tweaking your current programming, not major changes.
